Description

As an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure domain, you lead teams responsible for the foundations that power products and operations. You will build scalable, secure, and reliable systems across Platform Engineering, IT, and Information Security, while professionalising the tech stack, driving vendor negotiations, and delivering transparent roadmaps. Your work directly impacts engineering productivity, system resilience, and business security during global scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams keeping the platform running securely, reliably, and at scale

• Own platforms and processes spanning cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, internal IT, and information security

• Grow and support a team across Platform Engineering, IT, and Security; define strategy and execution

• Manage vendors, negotiate conditions, and oversee detailed infrastructure and project cost tracking

Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading and developing engineering teams in high-growth technology environments

• Strong technical background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Information Security, or related domains

• Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams, processes, and operational excellence

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, observability, and security best practices

• Experience driving reliability, availability, and security improvements in production environments at scale

• Ability to partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders and align initiatives with company goals

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all organisational levels

• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and technical leaders

• Data-driven mindset with measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Fluent in English
