Description

You will own the end-to-end data approach: acquiring and integrating data sources, modeling data into usable analytical layers, and delivering analytics, reporting, and dashboards. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn complex data into actionable insights for business decisions. You will also help ensure data consistency, quality, and accessibility across the organization and support the future scaling of the Data team.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the organization’s data ecosystem

• Select appropriate tools for the organization’s scale

• Identify, acquire, and integrate data sources needed for process and business support

• Model data and create logical analytical layers that are intuitive to use

• Design and build BI reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)

• Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses and prepare recommendations for business decisions

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand needs and provide insights

• Support optimization projects and participate in A/B testing

• Ensure data consistency, quality, and accessibility

• Educate teams on how to use data and analytics tools

• Be ready to launch and scale the Data department in the future

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Data Analyst, Senior BI Analyst, or similar

• Very strong SQL skills, including query optimization and analysis of complex data models

• Experience with BI tools, especially Tableau or Looker Studio (also Grafana is mentioned)

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Ability to independently organize work, prioritize, and manage analytics projects end-to-end

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences

• Understanding of data modeling and scalable analytical structures
