Description

You’ll support Operations’ Data/BI needs by performing complex analytical investigations and multi-system reconciliations with SQL. The role includes designing advanced Power BI dashboards, defining robust KPIs across departments, and translating business questions into actionable insights. You’ll also help optimize ETL pipelines and contribute to a transformation toward a modern Data Platform and Data Mesh approach, collaborating with Data Science on predictive use cases.

Responsibilities

• Address Data/BI needs for claims and contracts in Operations

• Lead complex analytics investigations and multi-system reconciliations using SQL

• Support migration to a new Data Platform with modern architecture

• Design advanced dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar)

• Define KPIs aligned across departments

• Convert business problems into usable insights

• Manage and improve datasets following Data Mesh principles

• Work with Data Science to industrialize predictive use cases

• Optimize ETL pipelines using SAS EG or similar tools

• Perform in-depth statistical analyses to identify trends and opportunities

• Communicate insights clearly and persuasively

• Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing
