Description

You will support project teams in strategic and operational challenges through continuous analytical support and decision-making within assigned streams. The work focuses on orchestrating ongoing activities, ensuring quality, addressing current issues, and supporting tactical decisions and target solution development.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and supervise ongoing work within the assigned stream(s)

• Ensure appropriate quality for the work delivered in the stream

• Support the team in defining current directions of action

• Tackle current problems arising within the stream

• Provide close support for tactical decision-making and for developing target solutions

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Retail/Banking in analytical, advisory, or coordination roles

• Strong analytical thinking and business problem-solving

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills and meeting facilitation ability
