Description

Develop and maintain Salesforce as the key CRM supporting sales and post-sales processes for enterprise customer service teams. You will translate business needs into a solution vision, User Stories, and acceptance criteria, while working closely with Salesforce users and stakeholders. You will also ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements and support business deployment and data quality monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and convert them into solution vision, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze customer journeys and processes, modeling them with BPMN, User Story Mapping, and Event Storming.

• Collaborate with Salesforce users, the Tribe team, and stakeholders to design and consult solutions.

• Validate solutions against business and regulatory requirements, perform business deployment, and monitor data quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Salesforce knowledge at business-user level plus basic administration understanding.

• Experience in business and process analysis.

• BPMN knowledge and ability to model business processes.

• Ability to create User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of User Story Mapping and Event Storming techniques.

• Experience analyzing customer journey paths.

• Ability to gather and document business and regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge related to data quality and its monitoring.

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• University degree in a relevant field.
