Description

Work with campaign analytics teams to prepare and keep communication campaigns running using SAS tools or Adobe Experience Platform. The role involves working in an Agile environment and supporting both campaign-related delivery and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign analysts in preparing communication campaigns
• Maintain and support campaigns built with SAS or Adobe Experience Platform
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to implement requirements

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and collaboration on project delivery
• Working knowledge of SAS (SAS CI, SAS EG) or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and working in Agile teams
• Ability to analyze business requirements and work with both technical and business teams
