Description

Work hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP to support segmentation, journey design, and campaign execution across multiple brands. You’ll build and manage journeys in Journey Builder, execute and schedule campaigns within the platform, and support Interaction Studio implementations within a 24/7 global support model.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Cloud and CDP initiatives as a key contributor
• Develop CDP segmentation and build customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Execute and schedule campaigns directly within the platform
• Assist in building and supporting Interaction Studio implementations for up to 3 BMS brands (scalable on request)
• Collaborate with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support
• Contribute to a 24/7 campaign team support model across geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing
• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Web Studio, and Mobile Studio
• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, or a similar platform
• Knowledge of SQL for marketing data management
• Capability to code in HTML
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
