Description

Own e-commerce performance analysis using Adobe Analytics, from defining questions to delivering actionable insights. Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify friction points and optimization opportunities, then measure impact. Build dashboards and reporting for stakeholders, create advanced analytics segments and dimensions, and ensure data quality through tracking monitoring and tagging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce performance end-to-end with Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace)

• Study user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to find friction points and trends

• Convert business questions from e-commerce, product, UX, and marketing into analytical requirements and measurement plans

• Recommend and validate improvements that increase conversion and enhance user experience

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders and management

• Create segments, calculated metrics, and custom dimensions in Adobe Analytics

• Monitor tracking, diagnose data issues, and support tagging implementation

• Share knowledge with junior analysts

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in web/digital analytics, preferably in e-commerce

• At least 2 years hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, segments, calculated metrics, custom dimensions)

• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, conversion funnels, and web analytics KPIs

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to present insights clearly

• Experience with tag management and tracking validation

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Independence, ownership, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
