Description

You will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of web tracking and analytics tools. The role includes building tracking concepts, running testing and KPI frameworks, and delivering dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses to improve customer experience and marketing ROI. You will also help assess Generative AI visibility (prompt research and brand presence analysis) and provide recommendations and best practices in analytics, SEO, and GEO.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of web tracking, analytics tools, and the marketing intelligence environment
• Create tracking concepts to measure KPIs, user behavior, and performance across digital and AI-driven channels
• Assess visibility in Generative AI via prompt research and brand presence analysis
• Produce dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses to optimize customer experience and marketing ROI
• Support testing (A/B/n, multivariate), KPI frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and contribute to best practices in analytics and SEO/GEO
• Support internal stakeholders on tracking, martech, and data analytics topics

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1)
• University degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or related fields
• Several years of experience working with web tracking tech stacks based on Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading SEO tools
• Knowledge of AWS service configuration
• Experience in web analytics, SEO analytics, or digital marketing data analysis
• Solid experience with data visualization tools and SQL
• High performance and results orientation
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
