Description

Support the transformation of the enterprise BI landscape by evaluating existing reporting assets and preparing selected solutions for migration to a centralized BI platform. Build evidence-based recommendations on whether to retain, consolidate, enhance, migrate, replace, or decommission BI reports, dashboards, and analytics products. Independently drive workstreams from portfolio assessment through implementation readiness and business validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an inventory of BI reports, dashboards, and analytical products (ownership, usage, dependencies, business purpose)

• Evaluate assets for business value, duplication, data quality, maintenance effort, strategic relevance, and target-platform suitability

• Recommend retention, consolidation, migration, enhancement, replacement, or decommissioning

• Define migration priorities and maintain roadmaps for readiness, gap resolution, implementation, rollout, and legacy retirement

• Assess business and data readiness; identify gaps in KPIs, data sources, governance, documentation, access, and support

• Translate objectives into requirements, business rules, data-quality expectations, and acceptance criteria

• Coordinate dependencies across business owners, Data Domain Owners, product teams, and technical delivery streams

• Organize and run UAT (scenario prep, defect follow-up, retesting, business validation)

• Support rollout and adoption and coordinate retirement of redundant assets

• Maintain decision logs, risk registers, portfolio documentation, progress reports, and handover approach to internal teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in senior business analysis, enterprise BI, analytics delivery, portfolio transformation, or implementation consulting

• Experience with BI portfolio assessment/rationalization, migration planning, analytics lifecycle management, or dashboard decommissioning

• Requirements engineering skills: KPIs, business rules, acceptance criteria, traceability

• Knowledge of enterprise BI environments: data sources, semantic layers, data quality, governance, access controls, dependencies

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms

• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Excel; SQL or data profiling skills are an advantage

• Ability to coordinate international stakeholders across business, data, and technology

• Strong organizational and analytical skills; can drive workstreams without formal authority

• English proficiency at C1 level

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
