Description

The Senior Business Analyst will support the business side of a BI rationalization initiative by assessing the broader CXCT BI landscape, preparing evidence-based decisions, and driving a prioritized subset of strategic BI assets toward SE Intel implementation, adoption, and legacy retirement. The role works between business stakeholders, BI delivery partners, data owners, local data offices, and technical delivery teams, independently leading assigned workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio discovery and business analysis across the BI landscape
• Readiness assessment and requirements/decision support
• Requirements engineering and traceability for BI asset rationalization
• UAT leadership and implementation orchestration
• Coordinate adoption and business sign-off for releases
• Collaborate with IT streams/teams that retain architecture and engineering ownership

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience across senior business analysis, enterprise BI, analytics product delivery, portfolio transformation, or implementation consulting
• Demonstrated experience in BI portfolio discovery, rationalization, migration planning, product lifecycle management, or dashboard decommissioning
• Strong requirements engineering experience (personas, processes, KPIs, business/data-quality rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability)
• Proven UAT leadership and experience coordinating releases, adoption, and business sign-off
• Good understanding of enterprise BI architecture and delivery dependencies (data sources/governed data products, semantic layers, referentials, security, data quality, dashboard platforms)
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI or similar enterprise analytics platforms; SQL or hands-on data profiling capability preferred
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across global/regional/business-unit/local teams across business, data governance, and technology
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate/professional qualifications advantageous
