Description

You will design and prototype new features for internet banking and mobile apps with a focus on UX/UI/CX: usability, intuitiveness, and customer experience. You will analyze business needs and user expectations, translate them into system functionality, and create mockups, prototypes, and UI concepts. You will also support requirement gathering with stakeholders, prepare functional documentation and specifications, and collaborate with developers and testers in Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype new functionality for internet banking and mobile applications (UX/UI/CX)

• Analyze business and user needs and convert them into system features

• Create UI mockups, prototypes, and interface concepts

• Propose improvements that increase usability, intuitiveness, and process efficiency

• Participate in analysis of user needs and identify enhancements for existing processes and applications

• Join workshops and stakeholder meetings to collect and clarify requirements

• Develop functional documentation and specifications for implemented solutions

• Collaborate with developers and testers across the Scrum development lifecycle

• Coordinate with system analysts and system owners for integration planning and dependencies

Requirements

• Experience delivering and documenting IT projects

• Strong UX/UI/CX focus

• Ability to view functionality from the user perspective and improve web and mobile user experiences

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to gather requirements effectively and communicate with clients and stakeholders

• Knowledge of MSSQL

• Comfortable using Microsoft 365

• Independent, accurate, and responsible work style
