Description

You will be a technically hands-on Developer Advocate supporting Blocks.ai, helping developers discover the platform, build AI agents with it, and adopt it successfully. The role spans engineering, developer education, community engagement, and product feedback—building demos and templates, creating tutorials and workshops, troubleshooting integrations, and improving documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build working AI agents, demos, sample applications, and reusable templates
• Create technical tutorials, articles, videos, and workshops
• Engage developers via GitHub, Discord, technical forums, community events, and hackathons
• Troubleshoot integrations so developers can connect agents, applications, and services
• Identify onboarding friction and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering (including reproduction steps and recommendations)
• Collaborate on documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling improvements
• Support technical workshops, demos, and discussions with prospective enterprise customers
• Track developer engagement and ecosystem adoption metrics (successful integrations, active agents)

Requirements

• Experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, or a similar developer-facing technical role
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language
• Practical experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or integrations using APIs and frameworks
• Experience creating technical content, developer demos, workshops, or sample applications
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers with different experience levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and a developer-first mindset
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve developer experiences
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
