Description

Build and evolve modern business systems using AI throughout the software development lifecycle. You’ll deliver solutions end-to-end (backend, web frontend, and mobile) and create AI agents and automations that help developers in their daily work. You will also validate and improve AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled business systems across the SDLC

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions (backend, web UI, mobile apps)

• Build and improve AI agents and automation/workflows supporting development

• Integrate with LLM model APIs and apply AI-assisted development standards

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing large business applications

• Daily use of AI tools in the development process (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar)

• Ability to use AI at multiple SDLC stages (requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, documentation)

• Knowledge of REST API design, application architecture, and relational databases

• Ability to assess, verify, and improve AI-generated code (quality, security, performance)

• Experience with Git, code review, and automated tests

• Independent work style with ownership of delivered solutions
