Description

You will work with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve everyday work. You’ll design, prototype, and develop solutions using generative AI—leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform—then enable practical adoption through workshops and mentoring. You’ll also assess technical feasibility, effort estimates, and integration options to turn ideas into working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify challenges and AI use cases

• Analyze business processes and translate user needs into solution concepts

• Design, prototype, and build applications, automations, and generative AI tools

• Use Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Power Platform to tailor solutions

• Select technologies and design integrations with existing systems and tools

• Test prototypes, evaluate feasibility, estimate effort, and recommend next steps

• Partner with technical teams to deliver more complex solutions

• Run consulting sessions and workshops; support employees in practical AI usage

• Mentor participants in an internal AI skills development program (about 20% of time)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and building technology solutions

• Practical experience building applications, process automation, or system integrations

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and/or Dataverse

• Experience using Microsoft Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot

• Knowledge of generative AI and ability to apply it to business problem-solving

• Experience working with business stakeholders, analyzing needs, and translating them into feasible technical solutions

• Ability to independently design and prototype solutions and assess potential and feasibility

• Strong understanding of business processes and improvement opportunities

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

• Experience facilitating workshops, training, or mentoring

• Willingness to share knowledge and support others’ AI/tech skill growth

• English proficiency at least B2
