Description

You will collaborate with business teams (e.g., finance, HR, operations, administration) to identify where AI can improve day-to-day work. You’ll translate user needs into technical concepts, design and prototype solutions and automations using generative AI, and support employees in building practical AI skills. A key expectation is moving from idea to a working prototype and sharing knowledge through workshops and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to identify challenges and opportunities for AI in daily work

• Analyze business processes and convert user needs into solution concepts

• Design, prototype, and develop applications, automations, and generative AI–based tools

• Use Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Power Platform to create organization-fit solutions

• Select technologies and design integrations with existing systems and tools

• Test prototypes, assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, and recommend next steps

• Work with technical teams on more complex solutions

• Lead consultations and workshops and coach employees on practical AI usage

• Mentor participants in an internal AI competency program (~20% of time)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and creating technology solutions

• Practical experience building applications, automating processes, or integrating systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse

• Experience using Microsoft Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot

• Knowledge of generative AI and ability to apply it to business use cases

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and translating needs into feasible technical solutions

• Ability to independently design and prototype solutions and evaluate feasibility and potential

• Strong understanding of business processes and improvement opportunities

• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience running workshops, trainings, or mentoring

• Willingness to share knowledge and support others' technical and AI growth

• English at B2 level or higher
