Description

You will design the architecture of Microsoft 365 solutions within a corporate group and provide advisory support on Microsoft 365 architecture. The role requires close collaboration with functional domain managers, analysts, and architects to plan and evolve Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of Microsoft 365 platform solutions within the capital group

• Advise on the architecture of Microsoft 365 solutions

• Work closely with functional domain managers, analysts, and architects

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a role related to planning and developing IT technologies

• Knowledge of issues related to designing and implementing IT systems

• Project experience gained in IT consulting or implementation projects

• Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot-related projects or initiatives

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft 365 services Copilot uses

• Ability to self-organize work

• Strong communication competencies

• Analytical abilities

Preferred / Nice to have

• Designing Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, especially those based on agent features

• Experience designing and implementing AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft-based AI agents integrated with business systems and data sources

• Experience analyzing business needs and identifying Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases

• Experience leading workshops and working with business users on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption

• Knowledge of security, permissions, and information access in Microsoft 365 in the context of Copilot

• Experience preparing prototypes, pilot solutions, MVPs, and scaling them into production-grade solutions
