Description

Support Microsoft 365 implementation and technology adoption projects, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot. Translate business needs into practical usage scenarios for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. Lead customer workshops and deliver training/webinars while contributing to presales solution concepts and deployment/adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation and adoption projects in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Participate in presales and co-create offers and solution concepts

• Analyze business requirements and map them to Copilot/Copilot Studio/Power Platform scenarios

• Run customer workshops, collect and organize requirements

• Prepare rollout and adoption plans

• Support client adoption by identifying barriers and recommending actions that increase user engagement

• Collaborate with implementation, sales, and marketing teams

• Conduct trainings, webinars, and knowledge transfer to clients

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 consultant or similar role (preferably with a Microsoft partner)

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform

• Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, and webinars

• Understanding of technology adoption processes and end-user enablement

• Strong business communication skills and presales experience

• AB-900 or AB-730 or AB-731 certifications

• English level at least B2
