Description

You’ll join a growing group of certified Microsoft Copilot (“Modern Work”) experts who will staff upcoming transformation projects. The role focuses on advising, architecting, and integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, preparing tenant security/data configurations, and enabling effective adoption through use cases and change management. As the pipeline is still being built, the project architecture will be tailored to your specific expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot-based solutions in complex corporate environments

• Configure security policies and data access, and prepare tenant environments for AI assistant deployment

• Support adoption and change management by helping maximize value from Microsoft Copilot (create use cases, optimize daily work)

• Work directly with UK business stakeholders and global technical teams

Requirements

• Must-have: official Microsoft certification in Copilot / Modern Work / AI (e.g., MS-012, AI-900, or related)

• Practical commercial knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Modern Work)

• Experience implementing cloud/AI solutions

• English proficiency: at least B2+/C1

• Ability to work effectively 100% remotely, with proactivity and strong consulting/communication skills
