Description

Provide assisted stretches for members and guests using the club’s Stretch + Mobility program to support recovery and overall wellness. You will manage scheduling and help market and sell stretch series through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining a clean, safe stretch area. The role includes required pre-work training, continuing education, and opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base

• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule in internal scheduling systems

• Market and sell stretch series via phone calls, emails, in-person interactions, and Stretch Events

• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products

• Execute intake, outtake, and assisted stretches (30/60 minutes and 15/25 minute complimentary services)

• Interact with members to enhance their recovery and club experience

• Create and offer personalized programs/series

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stretch area during shifts and sessions

• Attend and pass mandatory pre-work training and required team/1:1 meetings

Requirements

• Fitness-related certification and/or Massage Therapy license

• CPR/AED certification

• Passion and knowledge regarding anatomy, fitness, and recovery

• Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Basic computer and technology skills

• Legal right to work in the United States
