Description

Build the product experience between frontier AI systems and technical users, solving interaction problems for agentic AI in the physical world. You will build and ship the core product platform, owning end-to-end product features across architecture, backend, frontend, and reliability. Ship continuously, iterate quickly with customer feedback, and develop best practices for using coding agents in the development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build the core product platform upon which the agent is built and shipped to customers

• Deliver end-to-end product features across architecture, back end, front end, and reliability

• Develop and adopt state-of-the-art best practices for coding agents in the team workflow

• Collaborate with engineers, AI researchers, and founders to prototype, test, and iterate on new product concepts

• Ship continuously and refine the product through rapid iteration and customer feedback

Requirements

• SWE heavyweight capable of working across architecture, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and related areas

• Experience taking products or significant features from concept through production and explaining engineering decisions

• Demonstrated pride in shipped product quality

• Strong experimental mindset using the latest AI products to improve workflow efficiency and code quality

• Public proof of talent through products, open-source work, personal projects, technical writing, or other artifacts

• Thrives in fast-moving environments with high ownership and ambiguity; able to ship quickly
