Description

You will help develop an internal AI factory that advances AI-assisted software engineering by building the systems, infrastructure, and workflows that enable AI agents to take on increasingly complex tasks. You will also build core product features and refine the platform through rapid, continuous iteration based on testing and customer feedback. The role includes end-to-end responsibility across architecture, back end, front end, deployment, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build the core product platform upon which the AI agent system is built and shipped to customers

• Own end-to-end product features spanning architecture, back end, front end, and reliability

• Develop infrastructure, tooling, and workflows to orchestrate AI agents and automate engineering tasks

• Continuously improve the speed and quality of software development

• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers, AI researchers, fellow SWEs, and founders to prototype, test, and iterate on new product concepts

• Ship continuously and incorporate customer feedback

Requirements

• Strong software engineering capability across architecture, infrastructure, back end, and front end

• AI-native mindset with ongoing experimentation with coding agents, automation tools, and AI development workflows

• Ability to own end-to-end product features, including reliability/deployment

• Motivation to build autonomous software engineering systems

• Public proof of talent via products, open-source, personal projects, technical writing, or other technical artifacts

• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership, ambiguous environments where shipping quickly matters
