Description

You’ll build and ship user-facing experiences across web and mobile, from onboarding and activation to core engagement loops. Own features end-to-end—from shaping UX with Product and Design to building APIs and data models and shipping to production. Turn AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences that help users understand and resolve healthcare bills.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship user-facing experiences across web and mobile (onboarding, activation, engagement)
• Own features end-to-end: UX, APIs, data models, and production delivery
• Translate AI capabilities into clear product surfaces for billing help
• Run fast experiments, measure results, and iterate to improve activation and retention
• Raise the frontend quality bar: performance, accessibility, and consistency with the design system

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping consumer-facing products
• Strong TypeScript and React skills with a UX and product detail focus
• Solid backend experience building APIs and working with relational databases
• Product instinct: think in user journeys and push back on requirements when needed
• Curiosity about building with AI and LLMs
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with clear communication and growth mindset
