Description

Lead development of a neuromodulation platform used to control a brain stimulator, visualize healthcare data, and sync information securely with the cloud. You’ll work across frontend and backend to deliver seamless user experiences, implement real-time visualization (including 3D), build and maintain APIs, and apply user feedback to improve UX. Hardware interaction and camera/computer-vision integrations are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain frontend and backend components

• Develop and deploy web applications for managing patient data

• Implement real-time 3D models and other healthcare visualization tools

• Build and maintain APIs for frontend-backend communication

• Collect and apply user feedback to improve UX

• Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities

• Ensure strong encryption for secure handling of data

• Manage and grow a team of engineers in India

Requirements

• 6+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong expertise in front-end architecture and data-driven development

• Experience with React and/or React Native

• Backend experience with Python and/or Node.js

• Demonstrated API design and integration experience

• Ability to deliver and iterate on user-focused experiences

• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

• Leadership capability to manage and grow a team
