Description

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect, develop, and maintain software from marketing through origination. You’ll build scalable back-end systems with Node/TypeScript, work with PostgreSQL and serverless AWS Lambda, and integrate with a modern React front end. You will also collaborate with product and QA across the software development lifecycle to deliver reliable, high-performing features and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable back-end systems using Node, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Develop APIs and services for robust application functionality
• Use PostgreSQL for database design, data integrity, and performance optimization
• Develop and deploy serverless applications with AWS Lambda and IaC (Terraform, AWS CDK)
• Leverage AI technologies and APIs for day-to-day engineering and product implementations
• Integrate back-end services with React (including Tailwind and Vercel ecosystem)
• Drive work through the full lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Partner with product and QA to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver quality software
• Maintain high attention to detail for reliability and performance
• Stay current with industry trends and adopt best practices for development and cloud computing

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer with strong back-end focus
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency
• Strong experience with Node.js for server-side applications
• Expertise in PostgreSQL (or similar) and database design
• Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud computing
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar) to build development tools and workflows
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
• Experience with analytics/event tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Posthog, Google Analytics)
• Strong testing/quality engineering experience using Playwright and Jest or Mocha
• Solid understanding of cloud computing pipelines and the full software development lifecycle
• Experience working directly with product and QA teams
• Heroku Connect and Salesforce experience is a plus
• US-based; PST or MST timezone preferred
