Description

Support engraving and sublimation programs by operating computerized equipment to produce personalized awards, plaques, signs, gifts, apparel, drinkware, and other custom products. Create and prepare artwork using CorelDRAW, Sawgrass CreativeStudio/Print Manager, and Cricut Design Space, and assist customers with product selection and order personalization. Review customer-provided artwork for quality and production suitability, maintain equipment, and keep accurate order and production records.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized engraving and sublimation equipment and related production devices
• Use design/production software to create, modify, size, and prepare artwork for engraving, cutting, and sublimation
• Assist customers with product selection, artwork, layout, personalization, and custom orders
• Review and adjust customer-provided artwork before production
• Advise on fonts, colors, materials, placement, sizing, and available design options
• Prepare materials and equipment for production
• Clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance to ensure consistent quality
• Receive orders, calculate charges, process transactions, issue receipts, and maintain records
• Track supplies and inventory and assist with ordering materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Background investigation with favorable results
• Pre-employment physical examination
• Working knowledge of graphic design and production software (CorelDRAW, Cricut Design Space, Sawgrass sublimation software) or demonstrated ability to learn these programs
• Ability to create and modify basic graphics, text, layouts, and vector artwork for engraving and sublimation
• Ability to read measurements accurately, follow production specifications, and perform basic math calculations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of common engraving/sublimation materials (wood, acrylic, metal, plastic, vinyl, sublimation-coated products, textiles, drinkware)
• Eligibility to be employed in the NAF role and ability to provide required documentation (US citizen or NATO country citizen with valid US permanent resident card and Social Security Number; supported member documentation)
• Selective Service pre-employment certification (if applicable)
