Description

Work with a multi-functional team to understand project objectives, use cases, and system design requirements. Build original, innovative technical solutions and deliver high-quality, well-tested code following established standards and methodologies. Develop and integrate APIs/web services and contribute across front-end, back-end, and cloud/DevOps responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand project objectives, use cases, and system design requirements with a multi-functional team
• Deliver quality code with strong test coverage and adherence to standards
• Develop enterprise-scale applications using Java Spring frameworks and Angular
• Support and integrate web services and APIs
• Write SQL queries and debug stored procedures in a SQL Server environment (ETL is a plus)
• Work on DevOps/CI/CD workflows and tooling (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker)
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders; share knowledge across the team
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• 6+ years of front-end experience: JSP, HTML, CSS/SASS, jQuery, Angular
• 6+ years of back-end experience: Java, Spring Boot
• 6+ years supporting web services and APIs
• Experience writing SQL queries and debugging stored procedures in SQL Server (ETL experience is a plus)
• Proven enterprise-scale development using Java Spring frameworks and Angular on UNIX/Linux
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Ubuntu
• Understanding of containerization and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure); AWS preferred
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating cloud-based APIs
• Ability to produce high-quality, well-tested code following standards and best practices
• Focus on robust, resilient, stable systems
• Accountability for end-to-end delivery of requirements/user stories aligned to business needs
• Proven experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Innovative mindset with ability to propose and deliver creative solutions
