Description

You will develop and maintain a cloud-based practice management and CRM platform, working across frontend and backend (about 60% FE / 40% BE). The team modernizes the product by refactoring a monolith into microservices and migrating the legacy frontend to the latest Angular version, with strong developer ownership over technology and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain the cloud platform (60% frontend / 40% backend)

• Participate in architecture modernization (monolith-to-microservices refactor, frontend migration to latest Angular)

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to peer code reviews

• Ensure software quality with self-testing and automated E2E test scenarios using Playwright

• Onboard by fixing bugs and delivering minor changes in Month 1, then design and deliver a major complex feature by Month 3

• Attend daily team synchronization meetings (10:00 AM Polish time)

Requirements

• Around 2–3 years of commercial full-stack web development experience

• Professional experience and/or strong openness to working with Angular (currently Angular 6, migrating to the latest stable version)

• Solid backend knowledge with Node.js, preferably NestJS for new microservices

• Basic understanding of SQL

• Familiarity with testing practices; interest in expanding automated E2E tests using Playwright

• Polish residency and Polish working proficiency (required for daily sync meetings)

• Notice period of 1 month or less

• English proficiency at C1 level

• Autonomy/ownership mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
