Description

The Collaboration Success Engineer partners with internal customers to build solutions, drive adoption, and maximize value from collaboration technologies. The role focuses on SharePoint solution design and governance, plus Smartsheet solutioning for business-process discovery, workflow design, automation, and reporting. You will facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders through practical, scalable collaboration decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and translate requirements into practical collaboration solutions
• Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and stakeholder workshops (about 90% customer-facing)
• Guide SharePoint solution design, information architecture, governance, access, and Box-to-SharePoint/OneDrive migration
• Support Smartsheet consulting: discovery, workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, implementation, adoption, and optimization
• Advise on and support related collaboration/work-management platforms, including Asana

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or related collaboration technologies (plus customer success/consulting experience)
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
• Experience supporting or participating in content migration, collaboration, or digital workplace initiatives
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
