Description

Design, implement, and administer advanced IT solutions based on Microsoft technologies for business clients. You will analyze customer IT environments, recommend migration and development paths for Microsoft ecosystems, and prepare technical concepts and project documentation (including LLD and post-implementation documentation). You will also support the sales process by preparing technical components of offers and participating in customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced Microsoft-based IT services and solutions
• Administer solutions in Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid environments
• Create IT solution concepts aligned with business and technical requirements
• Analyze client IT environments and recommend Microsoft migration/development options
• Support sales with technical parts of proposals and customer meetings
• Select appropriate technologies, licenses, and resources for projects
• Produce project documentation, including LLD and post-deployment documentation
• Collaborate with technical, presales, and project teams to deliver client implementations

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft On-Premises environments, especially Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID
• Experience delivering implementation projects based on Microsoft technologies
• Portfolio of deployed IT solutions and projects
• Experience analyzing IT environments for migration to cloud services
• Ability to collaborate with clients and gather/analyze business and technical requirements
• English proficiency enabling comfortable work with technical documentation
• Technical university degree (Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related)
