Description

You will develop and maintain high-quality web applications using modern web technologies. As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager, you will write code, lead an agile team of 3–5 developers, manage 2–3 developers, partner with product management, and mentor engineers. You will also focus on performance, quality, responsiveness, and strong code practices through reviews, bug fixes, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Lead an agile team (3–5 developers) and manage 2–3 developers
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Mentor other full stack developers to improve code quality and delivery speed
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar
• Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript with React (or frameworks like Angular or Vue.js)
• Strong back-end knowledge with Node.js and Express (or comparable frameworks)
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Experience building large single-page applications with complex state management
• UI framework familiarity (Bootstrap, Semantic-React-UI, Material, Tailwind, etc.)
• Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Chai, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience leading a team and/or managing direct reports
• Experience performing code reviews to ensure security, code quality, and maintainability
• Familiarity with Git
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
