Description

This AI/ML Engineer role focuses on building and optimizing AI applications and data architectures that support machine learning models reliably in corporate IT environments, ensuring stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust AI applications with data scientists
• Design and implement reliable, sustainable AI-based solutions
• Evaluate performance of existing AI applications and identify bottlenecks
• Coach AI teams and mentor traditional application teams to align with enterprise AI strategy
• Support research and evolution of AI enterprise architecture

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience (10 years preferred)
• Fluent English (C1) for business negotiation
• Availability for monthly travel to Frankfurt am Main
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Proficiency with Transformer Models (Hugging Face, SpaCy)
• Experience with ML model architecture, deployment, and evaluation (e.g., GANs, GPT)
• Proficient backend development with Python
