Description

Join a greenfield modernization effort for a clinical diagnostics remote instrument monitoring platform. You will build end-to-end IoT connectivity, edge telemetry and update enforcement, installer packaging for connected and air-gapped instrument channels, and cloud dashboards. The role also includes AI agent development (RAG) and delivering full-stack applications with regulated-release quality.

Responsibilities

• Implement IoT & instrument connectivity pipelines (MQTT/AMQP/REST) between instruments and cloud backends
• Develop lightweight Windows/Linux edge applets for telemetry and update enforcement; integrate and migrate instrument protocols
• Create installer packaging (MSI/NSIS) for connected and air-gapped channels with delta updates, rollback, version detection, and audit trails
• Align packaging and CI workflows with IEC 62304; integrate packaging into GitHub Actions CI/CD
• Build and deploy AI agents using LangGraph/MCP/LangChain; develop RAG pipelines over instrument manuals and knowledge bases
• Develop React 19 UIs for dashboards, alerts, consumable tracking, and update status
• Build .NET 8/Python backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven microservices
• Write automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to support regulated software releases

Requirements

• 2–6 years full-stack development shipping production software
• React/TypeScript + .NET (C#) or Python backend experience
• IoT protocol experience (MQTT/AMQP) or edge software integration experience
• Software packaging experience (installers, containers, or update agents)
• AI tooling used in daily development (Cursor/Copilot/Claude Code)
• CI/CD familiarity (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
