Description

As an AI Architect (Principal), you will be a hands-on builder responsible for end-to-end AI/ML delivery—from developing and optimizing models to integrating them into enterprise applications. You will design scalable ML pipelines, operationalize AI services with monitoring and alerting, and ensure governance, security, and explainability. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies like LLMs and generative AI to drive business-ready innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning and AI models with clean, well-documented production-quality code
• Build data engineering and preprocessing workflows required for model inputs
• Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, inference, and deployment
• Monitor deployed models for performance, data drift, and reliability; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Define and own operational readiness by setting Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and implementing robust observability
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to transition experimental prototypes into production systems
• Support integration of AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, applications, and digital platforms
• Document model outputs and contribute to explainability for business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, fairness, and security standards
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, generative AI) for applicability to business problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Independently built, trained, and iterated on multiple ML models (2+ years hands-on experience with a deep learning framework)
