  • Build and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/ArgoCD) with automated testing and promotion workflows.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
  • Implement observability using metrics (Prometheus), logging, tracing, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with security/compliance teams to meet FedRAMP/FISMA/FAA baseline requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analyses; drive corrective actions.
  • Participate in Agile delivery, mentor junior engineers, and help with sprint planning and backlog grooming.

  • Hands-on experience managing containerized applications and cloud platforms; strong software development background with Java for cloud-native services.
  • Proficiency in a high-throughput backend language: Java, Go, Python, or .NET.
  • Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift or RHEL-based container environments.
  • Solid C and/or C++ experience for performance-critical or legacy components.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Groovy) for CI/CD, monitoring automation, and incident response.
  • Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes primitives.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog).
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP-authorized or government cloud environments (preferred).
  • Experience with at least one message broker (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Solace, NATS).
  • Knowledge of serialization formats (JSON, XML, Avro, Protobuf) and messaging protocols (AMQP, MQTT, JMS, STOMP).
  • Understanding of asynchronous messaging patterns (pub-sub and point-to-point queues) and collaboration in cross-functional Agile teams.

Benefits

  • Health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits
  • Paid leave, professional development, and tuition assistance
  • Work-life programs and recognition for performance
  • Remote/hybrid status may change based on company and/or government requirements
