Description

Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Support cloud and hybrid production operations, and build automated CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to AI-ready platform patterns for containerized workloads and modern AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments
• Monitor and maintain cloud and hybrid environments in production
• Optimize performance and scalability of cloud and platform environments
• Ensure quality, security, and reliability of cloud and platform environments
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools to streamline troubleshooting, configuration, documentation, and platform automation
• Contribute to AI-ready platform patterns (containerized workloads, automated provisioning, operational practices)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (scaling, security, environment management)
• Ability to build and automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based pipelines)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments
• Strong Linux system administration skills and Ansible automation experience
• Proficiency in scripting and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
• Strong teamwork and version control practices, ideally with Kubernetes/OpenShift experience
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, model-serving platforms, or GPU-enabled workloads (advantage)
• German language skills (advantage)
