Description

Platform Engineer will play a central role in shaping both the platform and the way the team works, moving from traditional operational models toward a higher degree of automation and developer enablement. The role includes Red Hat OpenShift operations (including after-hours Guard), working with GitOps, CI/CD, and platform automation, and collaborating with development teams to improve platform requirements and stability. The engineer contributes to operational reliability, clear interfaces, and predictable operations while acting as a technical sparring partner.

Responsibilities

• Shape the platform and the operating model toward automation and developer enablement
• Perform Red Hat OpenShift operations, including after-hours on-call (Guard)
• Implement and support GitOps, CI/CD, and platform automation
• Collaborate with development teams on platform requirements and improvements
• Ensure reliability, clear interfaces, and predictable operations
• Share knowledge and act as a technical sparring partner

Requirements

• 2/3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with the Red Hat OpenShift platform
• Experience with platform automation, operations, and development
• English minimum B2
