Description

Design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) solutions. You’ll master the development process and codebase in the IT ES ecosystem, then help improve tooling, standards, and engineering practices. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver employee-facing features while keeping core platforms stable, secure, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deliver scalable Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) solutions

• Improve tooling, standards, and engineering practices within the IT ES ecosystem

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and analytics experts to build intuitive employee-facing features

• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests

• Analyze, design, and develop test cases and automated test suites for ES & Finance platform services

Requirements

• Degree in MIS, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science (CS), or equivalent fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including navigation of complex ES & Finance data models and people systems

• Team collaboration with both technical engineers and non-technical ES & Finance stakeholders

• Self-starter with strong ownership and motivation to drive ES/HR and/or Finance technologies forward
