Description

This full-scope OB/GYN position blends outpatient care, gynecologic surgery, and inpatient responsibilities providing coverage for labor and delivery. You will provide comprehensive prenatal and women’s health services, manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions (including menstrual/menopausal disorders), and perform surgeries in both the OR and ambulatory surgery center. Responsibilities also include scheduled labor and delivery shifts, obstetric triage, and emergency GYN care with system support including 24/7 in-house anesthesia/CRNA and 24/7 midwifery coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal care, well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, preconception counseling, and management of high-risk pregnancies (with MFM support as needed)
• Deliver gynecologic care: annual exams, evaluation and treatment of menstrual and menopausal disorders, contraceptive management, and minor in-office procedures
• Provide full-scope Birthplace coverage, including laboring patient management and emergent obstetric and gynecologic situations
• Perform gynecologic surgeries in the Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Collaborate with nurses, midwives, medical students, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in L&D protocols, quality initiatives, and ongoing efforts to maintain patient-centered care

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (preferred)
• Open to new or recent graduates
• Strong clinical expertise and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
