Description

As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will rapidly triage and assess incoming patients of all ages, stabilize critical patients, and manage acute emergencies. You will order and interpret lab work and imaging, perform life-saving procedures (including intubation, suturing, and fracture reduction), and handle care transitions to ICU or discharge with clear home instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess incoming patients and prioritize by severity

• Stabilize critical patients (trauma, cardiac arrest, severe shock)

• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and scans to form rapid treatment plans

• Perform life-saving interventions such as intubation, suturing, and fracture reduction

• Admit patients to intensive care units or discharge them with clear home instructions
