• Role: Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine)

• Compensation: $230k–$245k (40-hour work week)

Description

Provide adult primary care with routine check-ups and health assessments. Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, manage chronic diseases, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals when needed. Support prevention, immunizations, emergency care for minor acute issues, mental health counseling, and antenatal/postnatal care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups and health assessments

• Diagnose and treat illnesses and medical conditions

• Manage chronic diseases and conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

• Provide health maintenance and disease prevention education

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans

• Refer patients to specialists when necessary

• Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

• Provide emergency care for minor injuries and acute conditions

• Advise patients on lifestyle changes to improve overall health

• Administer vaccinations and immunizations

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care

• Provide antenatal and postnatal care

• Offer mental health support and counseling
