Description

Senior AI Engineer role for designing and developing agentic AI solutions and a multi-agent architecture supporting banking processes. You will build LLM and RAG solutions, integrate them with bank systems via APIs, and develop AI/ML components in Python. The work includes evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing quality, cost, and security in collaboration with business, architects, IT, and the security team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent architecture for Bank processes
• Build LLM and RAG solutions and integrate them with Bank systems through API
• Develop AI components and ML models in Python
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize AI solution quality, costs, and security
• Collaborate with business, architects, IT, and the security team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with Python
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions, including production deployments
• Knowledge of agent frameworks (e.g., Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases
• Knowledge of embeddings, reranking, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and MLOps/LLMOps
• Experience designing AI architecture in an enterprise environment
• Polish language proficiency: C1
