Description

Lead integration initiatives supporting ERP, logistics, courier systems, and the Base platform. Build and maintain REST/HTTP JSON APIs and Python scripts to automate data and business-process flows, while monitoring integrations and diagnosing failures using logs and SQL. Coordinate developers and plan releases with risks, tests, and rollback considerations, modernizing existing solutions and applying AI where useful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations for ERP, logistics, courier systems, and Base platform

• Create Python APIs, endpoints, and scripts to automate data and business-process flows

• Build features/tools supporting customer service, logistics, warehouse, and sales

• Diagnose integration failures using logs, SQL queries, and API documentation; restore correct integration operation

• Monitor integrations and collaborate with system owners and vendors to resolve technical issues

• Coordinate developer work: task breakdown, code review, technical support, and quality standards

• Plan and implement changes considering system dependencies, risks, testing, and rollback

• Prepare unit and integration tests and support business acceptance

• Create technical documentation and maintenance procedures; transfer knowledge

• Modernize existing solutions and implement improvements, including with AI

• Collaborate with the architect and PO/PM; set priorities and manage tasks in Jira

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in programming, system integration, and deploying/maintaining production solutions

• Practical knowledge of Python, REST APIs (HTTP, JSON), and SQL

• Experience with data synchronization: mapping, validation, duplicate handling, retries, and safe resuming of operations

• Openness to learning the broader architecture and taking ownership of additional integrations; knowledge of ERP, POS, Base, e-commerce, and sales-warehouse processes is a plus

• Experience coordinating developers and working with business stakeholders

• Ability to apply AI in everyday programming

• Independence from requirements analysis through implementation; responsibility for quality and timelines and early risk identification
