Description

You will independently manage and monitor construction and installation activities on-site for an industrial project in a known industrial park. The role centers on coordinating structural steel, piping, and E&I/EMSR installation trades and ensuring work is delivered with the right schedule, quality, and safety standards. You will also drive site walkdowns, reporting, and support inspections and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Independently supervise construction activities on-site

• Coordinate, control, and monitor executing contractors and installation companies

• Ensure smooth interaction between structural steel, piping, and E&I/EMSR installation trades

• Monitor schedules, construction progress, and execution quality

• Conduct site walkdowns and coordinate with project management, client stakeholders, and subcontractors

• Verify compliance with technical specifications, standards, and quality requirements

• Ensure occupational safety and consistent implementation of HSE requirements

• Apply, supervise, and document work permit/work instruction procedures

• Support inspections and punch-list/defect management

• Create site reports and progress documentation

Requirements

• Multi-year practical experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in industrial plant construction

• Proven knowledge in at least two of: structural steel, piping, E&I/EMSR installation

• Experience on industrial plants such as power plants, chemical parks, or similar large projects

• Very good understanding of safety regulations and construction site organization

• Experience with work permit and work instruction procedures

• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple trades at the same time

• Structured and solution-oriented working approach

• Strong communication and assertiveness on-site

• Availability for the entire project timeframe (Jan–Sep 2027)

• Willingness to be on-site continuously in Leuna
