Description

The role of the Construction Site Supervisor (BÜ) is to provide local on-site construction supervision to ensure proper execution of construction works with regard to quality, schedule, and cost. This is achieved by ensuring compliance with approved execution documents, standards, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction execution according to approved execution documents and technical regulations
• Manage quality and defects, including documentation and defect rectification
• Coordinate on the construction site, including instructing and coordinating construction contractors
• Document and report construction progress
• Support approvals and handovers, including reviewing invoices and defect management

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Experience in construction supervision, especially in deep civil engineering
• Knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, VOB, VDE)
• Ability to document and report

Nice to Haves

• Experience in defect remediation
• Knowledge of anti-claim management processes
• Interest in environmental protection requirements
