Perform technical and investor supervision on construction sites. Monitor construction budget spending, prepare materials for contractual arrangements, and verify completed work and ongoing invoicing. Coordinate with contractors and manage communication of changes during the build.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and investor supervision at construction sites
• Check construction budget drawdowns
• Prepare supporting documents for contractual relationships
• Monitor completed work during execution and oversee invoicing
• Communicate with construction contractors
• Communicate and coordinate changes on construction projects

Requirements

• University degree in construction or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of budgeting for construction work, and optionally electrical work
• Computer literacy: MS Office and budgeting software
• Active and independent approach; reliability, thoroughness, and responsibility
