Description

You will own the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for countries within scope, ensuring accurate processing through final checks and controls. You will professionally and disciplinarily lead the Payroll Operations team, steer external payroll providers, and collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and local HR to resolve payroll discrepancies. Hands-on ADP GlobalView experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the full monthly payroll cycle across all countries in scope

• Lead the Payroll Operations team (professional and disciplinary leadership)

• Coordinate and manage external payroll service providers

• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and local HR

• Perform final payroll validations, checks, and controls

• Coordinate clarification of payroll deviations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing payroll operations and leading payroll teams

• Direct payroll experience in at least one of: France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, or Portugal

• Practical knowledge of ADP GlobalView

• Sound understanding of payroll validation, reconciliation, and control processes

• Experience managing external payroll service providers

• Ability to lead a geographically distributed team remotely

• Fluent English
