Technical Project Manager (Data Migration Program)

Description

Lead a data migration program across multiple countries and markets. You will own day-to-day execution, planning and tracking of migrations, backlog management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Serve as the first point of contact for markets, business owners, and vendors, and escalate critical issues to the Program Lead as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the migration program, ensuring timely execution for each market
• Plan and track migrations; manage vendor relationships and resolve blockers
• Own the backlog and provide status reports to stakeholders
• Act as the first contact for markets, business owners, and vendors
• Escalate critical issues to the Program Lead

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in data platform or data warehouse migration programs (legacy DWH to cloud lakehouse)
• Proven experience working with external vendors to manage scope, change requests, and project timelines
• Expertise in multi-country stakeholder management in complex project environments
• Ability to work with data, identify discrepancies, and engage engineers with relevant questions

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer health, pharmaceutical, or FMCG commercial data management
• Exposure to matrixed corporate environments, including budget management and compliance
