Description

Support implementation, configuration, and operational activities for document scanning, capture, classification, and OCR solutions such as Kofax or ABBYY. Configure and troubleshoot OCR and document classification processes (preferably using ABBYY Flexi Capture), and translate capture requirements into technical configurations. Work with XML/XSLT and XML configuration-driven workflow/BPM solutions (e.g., BizTalk) in Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and operationally support scanning, capture, and OCR solutions (Kofax/ABBYY)

• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot document classification, recognition, and OCR (preferably ABBYY Flexi Capture)

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to convert capture requirements into configurations

• Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot solutions on Windows Server environments

• Use SQL for data analysis, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and validation

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot XML and XSLT-based configurations and transformations

• Configure and support workflow/BPM solutions, particularly XML configuration-driven platforms such as BizTalk

• Investigate production/application issues across capture, classification, OCR, workflow, and integration components

• Coordinate with onsite customer stakeholders and offshore teams for implementation, testing, deployment, and issue resolution

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides

• Support workshops, testing, go-live, and post-production support

Requirements

• 6+ years of required experience

• Mandatory skills: Kofax and ABBYY (preferably ABBYY Flexi Capture)

• Experience with scanning and capture solutions (Kofax, ABBYY, or similar)

• Document classification and OCR configuration/optimization experience

• Windows Server environment knowledge

• SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting

• XML and XSLT knowledge

• Workflow/BPM experience (ideally XML configuration-driven solutions such as BizTalk)

• German language proficiency (remote)
