• Role: Senior IT Developer (Enterprise Digital Document Management)

Description

You will develop and maintain critical Enterprise Services in the Enterprise Digital Document Management domain, working with Product Owners, Architects, QA engineers, and developers to deliver new features, system integrations, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement backend services using Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Kafka, event-driven microservices, Azure DevOps, Argo CD, Redis, and Observability

• Collaborate to drive delivery of project work and maintenance sprints

• Follow and improve SDKs, coding standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines

• Participate in code reviews and continuous quality improvements

• Maintain SOLID principles, strong test coverage, and clean coding

• Support production releases and deployment activities

• Coordinate with QA during test cycles and releases

• Collaborate with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams on frameworks, processes, SDKs, and best practices

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

• Business fluency in written and spoken English

• University degree in computer science or equivalent education

• Experience with Java as a backend language

• Knowledge of Spring Boot (backend framework)

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with MongoDB

• Experience with Confluent Kafka and Kafka Streams

• Containerization experience with Docker

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Argo CD

• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD

• Familiarity with Keycloak OIDC for identity brokerage

• Familiarity with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
